Registration Fee and Tuition

Full enrollment and tuition is required for a year, regardless of however late in the school year students are enrolled. This covers enrollment from August 1, 2003 until July 31, 2004

Initial Registration Fee: one-time $25 per student enrolled

Full Payment Tuition :
Those desiring to prepay may pay the tuition for the entire year at the time of enrollment.
This covers enrollment from August 1, 2003 until July 31, 2004.

K-8 grade	$100

Quarterly Payment Tuition:
This covers enrollment from August 1, 2003 until July 31, 2004.

K-8th grade	$32 per student per quarter-$124 per year
9-11th grade	$46 per student per quarter-$176 per year
12th grade seniors	$58 per student per quarter-$224 per year

Those desiring to pay their tuition quarterly should make their payments as follows:

1st Quarter:	due August 10, 2003
2nd Quarter:	due November 10, 2003 with quarterly reports
3rd Quarter:	due February 10, 2004 with quarterly reports
4th Quarter:	due May 10, 2004 with quarterly reports

Credit Cards Accepted:
We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Late Payment fees:
Parents of students enrolled in CIAS agree to pay a $5.00 penalty for each student's report and/or tuition payment submitted late without prior arrangement with the school office. This is to encourage everyone to send in their reports punctually. If we do not receive your quarterly report at the appointed time, you will be contacted within two weeks from that due date by e-mail, letter, or phone call, and sent a billing for each child enrolled. If you have not responded within two weeks of our contact, your students will be disenrolled from CIAS without refund of previous payments. Re-enrollment procedures would follow established enrollment guidelines.

Bounced Checks:
There is a $35 service charge on all bounced checks.

CIAS Campus Tuition :

Campus tuition is to be paid MONTHLY, due on the first day of school every month, in lieu of yearly tuition fees. Post-dated checks are accepted. Tuition accounts must be kept current in agreement with school administration. Late fees will be imposed if tuition is not paid as specified.

All normal tuition fees are due, regardless of any absences, excused or unexcused.

Official school holidays will not be billed (see below for Holiday List).

TUTORING

High School-Basic math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra II, English grammar, composition and research paper

Middle School and Upper Elementary-English, spelling, creative writing, and handwriting

Rates: $15 for 1-hour lessons.
