We create our breads from our personal recipes or yours if you have a specific recipe you want to use.  Our wholesale loaves range from 3.5 pounds down to 1.1 pounds depending on the size you wish to have your bread.  We also make Cuban Rolls.  We can slice the bread to 3/8".  Our prices vary depending on the size of loaf that you need.  To contact us for wholesale bread for your restaurant, call Patrick Jones at the telephone number above.

Each cookie is approximately 1/4 pound.  Fresh All-Natural cookies are impossible to find, so are more in cost than your regular baked goods.  We can provide them frozen or baked.
