Dear Family & Friends:

                We have had quite a 2004, starting out in January with Cori’s and Sarah’s birthdays.  We had a “girls-night-out” with a group of our girlfriends on Valentine’s Day in February, acquainting us with Rachel Nadolny.  She is the aunt of several of Cori’s violin students, and we had met her when she picked them up for lessons in previous years.  We had liked her enough for Mom to mention to Daniel…hint, hint…”There’s a really nice girl over at Kid’s Cove at Marcus Pointe.”  After a very enjoyable evening at Olive Garden, Sarah promptly called Daniel and told him, “I have met your wife!”  By April they were a steady couple and were engaged on June 25^th in an airplane at thirty-three thousand feet (9^th Heaven!) on their way to visit her family in Pennsylvania .

The girls enjoyed a much-needed rest in Gulf Shores , AL , over Spring Break in March.  They were really worn out from teaching and bakery work and were really rejuvenated with the rest and relaxation.  The weather was perfect, and the beach was warm and sunny.  We had a nice two-bedroom condo and enjoyed cooking for just ourselves and soaking in the hot tub.

As you enter the New Year, may Jesus bless and keep you all in His loving hands.  May our Heavenly Father watch over and protect you and your family, and may He lead and guide you throughout the year into His perfect will!
