Cori (33) continues to teach violin, viola, and music classes.  She still teaches at Trinitas Christian School and is now the string teacher at Marcus Pointe Conservatory of Music.  She also keeps up with over fifty private music students, ages 4 to 22.  Many of them participated in a Christmas Concert last week…a beautiful evening of very enjoyable music! Her website is www.dixiefiddler.com.

Cori visited Disney World for the first time in her life in May!  She went as a chap for a group of 4-5th graders and thoroughly enjoyed herself.  Epcot Center wet her appetite to travel.

Cori played her violin again with Rita Springer for the Fragrant Oil Women's Conference in August and served on the Ministry Team this year.  She teaches the Singles 30+ Ladies Bible study and is a spiritual mentor to the dozen or so ladies who attend.  She plays her violin in the worship band at Liberty and thoroughly enjoys worshipping the Lord with the strings! She also joined the Women’s Prayer Team at church.

She had several injuries this year, hurting her foot earlier this year and her shoulder this fall.  She is very happy to be back in shape and playing her violin again!   She loves writing HeartThots, her e-mail devotionals and joined her sisters by starting an internet journal blog.
