Cori (32)continues to love her work as a Private String Instructor.  She has almost fifty students this year, teaching violin, viola, and cello.  She has most recently been hired as a string & music teacher  at Trinitas Christian School in the North Hill area.  She holds monthly ensembles for her different student levels; it is so rewarding to hear all those instruments coming together to make beautiful music!  She loves her work and passes that enthusiasm on to her kids.  Her students range from three years old to high school students.  Many of them compete regionally and are involved in the Pensacola Children’s Symphony. She has been deeply involved in the Singles 30+ ministry at Liberty Church.  She teaches Sunday School and is involved in much of the activities and the ladies Bible study of Falling in Love with Jesus.  She also plays her violin on several of the worship bands, especially enjoying playing with Matt Mills’ band, The Other Side of Heaven.  They led the worship for the Pensacola Single Conference in September and blessed many with their heartfelt fervor in worship.  A highlight of her year was to once again play with worship leader and recording artist Rita Springer during a ladies conference in August.  We also went to Mobile for Michael W. Smith’s 20 Year Celebration tour, plus several other local concerts.  She loves to shop and go to the beach in her spare time. She writes HeartThots, a monthly devotional e-newsletter.  She reads many devotionals and Bible study books.   Many mornings you can find Cori on the computer doing her devotions on the internet.  She accesses anywhere from the Strong's Concordance, to the writings of Oswald Chambers & Charles Spurgeon.
