CIAS Umbrella Tuition:

Full enrollment and tuition is required for a year, regardless of however 
late in the school year students are enrolled. This covers enrollment from August 
1, 2008 until July 31, 2009.

Yearly Registration Fee: yearly $25 per student enrolled


Full Payment Tuition :   
Those desiring to prepay may pay the tuition for the entire year at the time 
of enrollment.
This covers enrollment from August 1, 2007  until July 31, 2008.
K-8 grade $125
9-11 grade $175
12 grade Seniors $250
Graduation Fee or Diploma Fee $75/$25

 

Quarterly Payment Tuition:   
This covers enrollment from August 1, 2009 until July 31, 2009.
K-8th grade $50 per student per quarter
  9-11th grade $60 per student per quarter
12th grade seniors $70 per student per quarter

Those desiring to pay their tuition quarterly should make their payments as 
follows:
1st Quarter + Registration Fee due September 1, 2008
2nd Quarter: due November 15, 2008 with quarterly reports
3rd Quarter: due January 15, 2009 with quarterly reports
4th Quarter: due April 15, 2009 with quarterly reports

Credit Cards Accepted: 
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Tuition is not pro-rated:

Late Payment fees: 
Parents of students enrolled in CIAS agree to pay a $25.00 penalty for each 
month's tuition payment that is submitted late.  If we do not receive your 
quarterly report at the appointed time, you will be contacted by e-mail, letter, or 
phone call, and sent a billing for each child enrolled. If you have not responded 
within  a reasonable amount of time (2-3 weeks) of our contact, your 
students will be disenrolled from CIAS without refund of previous payments. 
All tuition must be paid in full at time of disenrollment, or records will not be released
Re-enrollment procedures would follow established enrollment guidelines.


No post-dated checks, please.
Bounced Checks:
There is a $35 service charge on all bounced checks.

CIAS Campus Tuition:

CIAS Campus Tuition: Campus tuition is to be paid MONTHLY, and is charged
according to how many school days/weeks are in a month.  It is due by the second
Tuesday of each month.  If it is not paid by the second Tuesday of each month, a 
$25 late fee will be applied to your billing.  All normal tuition fees are due, regardless 
of any absences, excused or unexcused.  Official school holidays (see CIAS Handbooks)
will not be billed.

vDay School
This for most students who attend CIAS's campus school. Time slots are 8 AM-1 PM 
or 12-3:30 PM Monday-Thursday They receive one hour of individual tutoring.  
Then student's lesson plan book is logged in with daily schoolwork assignments to 
be completed during the following week.  This paces them through their schoolwork 
in that subject.
 
Daily Tuition Breakdown:
$22 per student, per half day
$25 per student, per full day

vFloaters
Floaters are students who come to CIAS Campus school but do not receive tutoring or 
lesson planning.  They are supervised by CIAS teachers while they work on their 
assigned schoolwork, use our answer keys, take tests, and make use of the video library.
 
Daily Tuition Breakdown:
$10 per student, per half day
$15 per student, per full day




vTUTORING
We have over thirty years of experience in teaching, home education, tutoring & testing.
Our campus students receive one-on-one tutoring from highly qualified tutors in the subjects
in which they are needing help or having difficulty.  Limited time slots are available.  

For elementary & middle school students (grades 4-8): mathematics, English, spelling, creative
writing, and handwriting in elementary grades.

For high school students (grades 9-12): English grammar composition, research paper writing, 
pre-algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, & Geometry tutorials.

If we cannot provide the help that you need, there are many other tutoring services in the 
surrounding area.  Please call the school office for more information.

Rates: $22 for 1-hour lessons.
